Lexology launches Hotshot courses: Corporate Governance
LBR’s Lexology partnered with Hotshot, the video-based learning platform for lawyers. This partnership provides access to Hotshot’s popular series of short, practical videos for Lexology users.
As part of this existing partnership, we have introduced a new series of videos on corporate governance, powered by Hotshot, which are now available on Lexology. Courses will be added throughout the year and featured courses currently include:
- Introduction to Public Company Reporting
- Board of Directors: Powers and Fiduciary Duties
- Life Cycle of Corporation: Maturity
In addition to the corporate governance series, Lexology users can also access Hotshot courses that explain the legal, business, and drafting issues for the most common contract terms and provisions that appear in day-to-day commercial agreements.
