GRR serves up news and analysis on the key legal developments affecting cross-border restructuring and insolvency, for the lawyers and other professionals who work in this fast-paced world.

Launched in 2016, GRR brings the same law-as-hard news pioneered by its older sisters to the world of cross-border restructuring, where it is already established as a respected voice.

GRR offers daily news coverage, features, interviews (including with judges), surveys and other data, all with a laser focus on the cross-border aspect, for lawyers and others who find competitive advantage in understanding the law.

GRR produces regular benchmarking surveys including Women in Restructuring, 40 Under 40, the GRR 100, and Where the Work is Coming From, as well as a series of thought-leadership products written by leading practitioners.

It recently published its first guide – The Art of the Ad Hoc: the first dedicated publication on the art of organising a restructuring using a smaller, informal committee of investors rather than a full-blown steering committee.

As well as covering all of the major restructuring events around the world, GRR puts on its own. This growing portfolio of live events GRR Lives –taking place from Hong Kong to the Caribbean, helps keep reporters and delegates up to speed with events on the ground.
