The Business Operations teams drive LBR’s business by recruiting diverse top talent, developing our employees and promoting an inclusive work environment. We have a strong focus on training and development of our teams and maintaining the wellbeing of all our employees. Our production and design teams work across the whole organisation to ensure that our content assets are delivered to clients, maintaining our quality reputation. We are responsible for brand identity, artwork and production of video content and well as content production and the end-to-end project management of the collaborative content creation process with our clients.
We also maintain and nurture our client information through our global CRM team, and are also responsible for data integrity, data governance and GDPR compliance. Our finance operations work closely with commercial and operational teams to manage our cash flow and provide regular management reporting and forecasting to ensure we achieve our financial goals. Our business analysts use all the available client, financial and production data to model new products, new market entry and support critical decision-making as we grow our business.
Our business would not thrive and grow without the technology tools needed to work efficiently and a high-quality office environment. Our IT team provide and support the computing, networking and meeting technology that every team needs and our facilities team manage and maintain all our global office spaces.
